Mosaic Space Consulting uses the PRINCE 2 and PMBOK project management methodologies to execute professional project planning and management services for our clients. Our wide exposure to programmes and projects from different industry sectors provides us with the knowledge base to initiate and control projects that have very tight budgets and time constraints. Our consultants are expert users of Microsoft Project, and are able to plan strategically to ensure that organisational goals are fully met during project implementation. Our chief project manager is a registered PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
